University Facts why Lo'au University is the first in Moana
- Lo'au University was appointed by the Board of Founders of CUAM Foundation University at Benevento in Italy in January 2014 as one of the 72 partner universities to run its educational and scientific research programs.
- Lo'au University is arranging a water plant project ($5m) with Cardinal Mountain Water and Alberta University in Canada, which is filtered by volcanic minerals, to be run from the Kingdom of Tonga
- Lo'au University runs annual summer classes (post-graduate diploma) on Tongan language, culture and tradition in the Kingdom for doctoral and post-graduate students from Stanford University beginning in 2017
- Lo'au University offers scholarships and financial assistance of approx $10 miilions per year to students from around the world to study for their bridiging courses, diploma, BA, MA and PhD Degrees.
2017-18 Lo'auan Fees deadline by June
The dealine for Full Fees and Annual Registration Fees for Lo'au and Ma'ananga Scholarships is Friday 30th of June. This is for all students who registered and enrolled with Lo'au University prior to 2017.
For full fees, Undergraduate students pay $2,500, $5,500 for MA students and $10,000 for PhD students.
The annual registration fees for students in Tonga who are studying under the Lo'au Scholarship are as follows: $200 for Undergraduates, $400 for MA and $600 for PhD. With the Ma'ananga Scholarship for those abroad, $1.500 for Undergraduates, $2,500 for MA and $5,000 for PhD.
